Join us this October for our visit to the Verdi Festival, Parma. During our stay we have performances of Macbeth (in the French version) at the Teatro Regio in Parma, Un ballo in maschera in the bijou Teatro Giuseppe Verdi, Busseto, a concert performance of Attila at the Teatro Girolamo Magnani di Fidenza and a Gala Verdiana with excerpts from Ernani, Simon Boccanega and Don Carlo.
We will spend our days getting to know the historic city of Parma, visiting the birth place and home of Verdi outside Busseto; visiting Luciano Pavarotti's home and museum in Modena & spending time in the "city of Stradavari" Cremona, home to an excellent museum celebrating his work.
Flights are from Manchester or Heathrow to Bologna and all transfers are included throughout.
