Join us in late May as 'The Season' gets into full swing. Staying in Stratford Upon Avon for three nights we start with a private recital by young singers from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Rossini's glorious Il barbiere di Siviglia at Garsington Opera set on the Wormsley Estate of the Getty family in the heart of Buckinghamshire. While we are very disappointed at the cancellation of Nevill Holt's performance we are delighted to have been able to secure keyboard side top price tickets at Symphony Hall for Benjamin Grosvenor playing Chopin's 2nd Piano Concerto with the CBSO. Ben won the BBC Young Musician of the Year back in 2004 and some of you may remember that Milena Grenfell-Baines immediately invited him and his family to the International Chopin Festival in Marianske Lazne. Now at 30 he is considered perhaps THE outstanding Chopin exponent of his generation.

Transfers from Stratford to Garsington take around 75 minutes each way and transfer to Birmingham 45 minutes.
We stay three nights at the Doubletree By Hilton Stratford just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Stratford and 10 minutes to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. There will two free mornings in Stratford to explore and enjoy the town.
Breakfast is included each morning along with a welcome pre performance dinner at our hotel in Stratford. We have dinner with wines each evening at Garsington and in Birminghsam.
Transfers from the usual Northwest pick-up points and all transfers to and from the performances are included.
