BOOK THIS TOUR

Each autumn we head to Glyndebourne for the start of their Glyndebourne Tour period. It's a wonderful chance to hear young and up and coming singers whilst having the full  Glyndebourne experience (without the risk of a summer picnic washout!). This year we will attend two performances Don Pasquale & Fidelio. We have also been able to secure stalls seating for The RSC's brand new production of Hilary Mantel's The Mirror & The Light which has a limited run at the Gielgud Theatre in London.
LAST CALL Just 3 places remaining (1st October).

Our first performance at Glyndebourne is the 2011 production of Donizetti's wonderful comic opera Don Pasquale. The performance is at 4pm and afterwards we have dinner at Glyndebourne (this year's dining is in partnership with Michelin-starred chefs the Galvin brothers).

On Tuesday afternoon Frederic Wake-Walker directs a striking new production of Beethoven’s only opera, Fidelio. We check out from the hotel at lunchtime and have free time for lunch in Brighton before we depart at 245pm to Glyndebourne. The performanc begins at 4pm and will last approx 3 hours. Immediately after the performance we re-join our coach for the transfer to central London (approx 2 hours at this time of the evening) and check-in at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury for the next two nights.

Our daytime activity for Wednesday is still being finalised but we will have a three course dinner with wines around 5pm before this evening's performance of The Mirror and the Light. Following the superb stage adaptations of Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies, the RSC staging of the conclusion to Hilary Mantel's trilogy has been much anticipated. We are delighted to have been able to secure tickets for what is sure to be a sold-out run.

On Thursday we check out late morning and transfer by coach back to the Northwest.
