In July 2019 the Buxton International Festival will celebrate 40 years of music-making in the Peak District. Our visit will include the World Premiere of Georgiana a specially commissioned 40th Anniversary opera pasticcio, celebrating the life and times of Georgiana Cavendish, the 5th Duchess of Devonshire and a new production of Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin. Our visit starts with the New Voices Foundation Concert featuring talented young singers from the Royal Northern College of Music and Cape Town Opera

Just a word appreciation for the superb week you laid on for us in Berlin. The music was of course the Master's best but all the arrangements worked so well they enabled it to be enjoyed to the full. The little extras and the optional add-ons complemented the stay and people who started the week as strangers were fast becoming friends by the time came to come home. So thanks a lot Ken and I hope to be with you again!
